SMS/Text Message Communication:
Consent: By providing your mobile number and agreeing to these Terms, you expressly consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS/text messages from us. This consent is obtained when you submit a website form requesting our Services or during a direct consultation.
Purpose: Messages are strictly related to your active service engagement and may include project updates, scheduling reminders, approval requests, and support replies. We do not send unsolicited marketing promotions via SMS.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project’s needs and stage.
Opt-Out: You can opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring the provided mobile number is accurate and for notifying us of any changes. You acknowledge that replying STOP is the only supported method of opting out of SMS and that alternative requests (e.g., email) may not be processed by our automated system.
4. User Accounts

6. Payment, Fees, and Cancellation

Refund Policy: Due to the custom, time-intensive nature of our Services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced or a service period has begun, except as required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your month-to-month service with a 30-day written notice sent to our official contact. Cancellation of a fixed-scope project is subject to the terms of your specific proposal.
7. Termination
By You: You may terminate as described in the Cancellation section above.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or prohibited activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REACH MORE LOCALS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.
